October 5, 2017

As the fall season continues, several Warrior teams are gearing up to make a run at the state tournament. The Golf team battled Lowell Catholic October 4, for sole possession of first place in the CCL II. The team fought hard eventually falling by 4 points. The golf team is right back at it as they head to Archbishop Williams, then a home tri-match with St. Joseph Prep and Marian.

The football team continues to improve as the year progresses. We have a young squad who have done very well in sub-varsity games. The team travels to Mass Maritime on Saturday night to take on highly ranked St. John Paul High School.

The volleyball team just came away with an impressive win over Innovation Academy of Tyngsboro. The Lady Warriors have a huge match with St. Mary's of Lynn, on the road, on Friday. They then host Cathedral High School on Monday. The team continues to compete for a tournament berth.

The cross country team had a tremendous showing at the league freshman-sophomore meet this week. All of the runners posted personal bests. Come out and cheer on the team as they host St. Mary's of Lynn and Bishop Fenwick on Tuesday, October 10th at 3:30 p.m.

The boys and girls soccer teams are both battling for the top spot in the CCL II. The girls' team is currently 6-2-2, while the boys' record is 7-2. Both have big contests coming up with Arlington Catholic. The girls travel to AC this Friday, October 6, while the boys travel to AC on Monday, October 9.
