Matignon High School is excited to offer lots of programming for admitted students. We hope to see you at many of the events below! Don't forget to mark your calendars for important deadlines.
Magic of Matignon: Class of 2024 Admitted Students Night | Monday, February 10, 2020* 6:00 p.m.
A special dinner event that includes performances by Matignon High School student groups specifically for admitted students and their families to see the Matignon experience firsthand!

Class of 2024 Placement Testing - TBD
Incoming 9th Grade students must sit for placement testing for placement in the following subjects: English, math, and science. An optional French or Spanish foreign language placement test is available to interested students. Testing will last approximately 75 minutes. Testing for students taking the optional foreign language placement test will last an additional 30 minutes. Students only need to attend ONE placement test date and do not need to register in advance.

Class of 2024 Enrollment Deadline | Sunday, March 15

FACTS & Tuition Deposit Deadline | Monday, April 1
Matignon High School uses FACTS Management to handles the billing and collection of all tuition payments. By this deadline, families must set up a payment plan agreement and make a $800 deposit per student toward tuition. Click here to log into your account or create a FACTS account.
Enrolled Student Night - TBD
Parents or guardians of enrolled students must attend our enrolled student session. Important information on transitioning to Matignon will be shared and administration will be available to answer questions.
New Student BBQ | Sunday, May 31, 2020 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Join us for a fun-filled afternoon to welcome Matignon High School Class of 2024 and new transfer students! Students will have the opportunity to meet coaches, faculty, and fellow classmates, purchase uniforms and textbooks, sign up to join clubs and student groups, and receive their course list.
Fall Sports Candidate & Parent Meeting | TBD
This meeting is mandatory for any student and their families participating in a fall sport. Matignon High School Athletic Director, Mike Lahiff '75, and coaching staff will be present to discuss registration and provide tryout information for individual sports. New Student Orientation | TBD
All incoming 9th grade students and transfer students are required to attend orientation. Students will meet with Matignon administration and their homeroom teachers. Students are required to bring their devices to ensure they can access Google classroom. Students are welcome to bring books and supplies to store in their lockers which will be assigned at orientation. Uniform dress is not required for orientation but students must dress in accordance with Matignon High School dress code policy. A lunch cookout will be provided for new students after Orientation.
First Day of School | TBD
The Matignon High School school day begins at 8:30 a.m. School doors open at 6:45 a.m. for student drop off. On the first day of school, students should bring their books, device, writing utensils, and paper or notebook to write on. Students must be in uniform attire.
Parent Orientation Night | TBD
Parents and guardians are welcome to attend Parent Orientation Night. Families will experience a day in the life at Matignon High School and follow their student's schedule to get a glimpse of life as a Matignon student. Parents will meet and interact with teachers, staff, and administration and be given an overview of course content and expectations.
